The Swedish deadline

I don't know why the swedish school I'm going to
are giving us student so much to read
when there's no way in hell
I can race against the time to the finishing line

If I don't manage to read all my books
then there no way in hell I can let my knowledge grow
And what's all this about anyway
So that the swedish school can lean on this white paper that says
how much their students can manage to read all that text and more?

The school wants to shine while my results die
I guess that just what Swedish school is all about
